You will find the York Station Taxis app is quick and easy to use.  Registration is straightforward, all we require is your name, phone number and email address and you are ready to book a car. Our app allows you to make, amend or cancel bookings directly – no need to ring the office or wait for an operator to book your taxi.

Prior to booking, you will be able to see the location of all of our available vehicles and once booked, your cab can be tracked straight to your door.  A text or call back service will also alert you to its arrival. Regular users can save favourite addresses to speed up the process and card details can also be stored to allow for cash free journeys, if preferred.

For your peace of mind, driver and cab details ,including registration number, are automatically forwarded  once your booking is confirmed, along with an estimated cost for the journey. Our BUDDY system also offers extra security, allowing you to register friends or family members who then also receive confirmation and updates of your taxi journey.
